Delivery & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your full price purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery if purchased online for a refund and 7 days if purchased in store for an exchange, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact. Please contact us before returning your item on 07947737582.

Please note we do not offer a refund or exchange on sale or offer items & we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on socks, tights, or swimwear for hygienic purposes.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery or parcels that are missing/lost.  We will try our best to support and investigate when needed but please ensure you select the correct P&P service you are happy to have and be covered by.  Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem. Please note we can only deliver to the bank cards registered address if paying via debit/credit card. If a different address is entered, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Cancellations

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you would need to follow the returns policy and you be liable for the cost of postage.

Returns

How to return an item

Send the unworn item(s) with your invoice to our address:  Designer Playground, 53 Station Road, Redcar, TS10 1DT.

You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt) and insuring the item.
Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account.

Charges for postage on refunds and exchanges will be the responsibility of you the customer. Please profile proof of receipt by sending it to our email address along with your invoice number and we will happily send your exchange item straight out to you.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good resalable condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.  You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Payment Plans

Please note any item(s) placed on a payment plan are non-refundable or exchangeable due to these items being paid over a certain number of weeks.  Any money paid and you choose to cancel will be lost.

Special orders

If an item has sold out, we can check to see if it in stock for you and order it in for you.  Please note that the items ordered in are non-refundable or exchangeable as these are a specific customer request on products, we have either sold out on or haven’t stocked (i.e., certain designs or sizes).
